Position Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including tradespeople, contractors, engineers, and clients
- Utilize cloud software (ProCore, Autodesk Build) for submittals and engineered drawings
- Oversee Tridium Niagara N4 and Johnson Controls Facility Explorer product lines
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the user experience and efficiency of building automation systems
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills to navigate through complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep everyone in the loop
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team to success
- Willingness to travel as projects dictate (30% Preferred) and hold a current driver's license
Position Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul market for effective project execution
- Computer networking skills related to building automation systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a UX Design pro
- Strong leadership skills to keep projects running smoothly
