Job Summary:
Smokin' Jack BBQ is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, leading a team of staff, and driving sales. The Store Manager will also be in charge of maintaining cleanliness, inventory, budgeting, and upholding the high standards that Smokin' Jack BBQ is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service and quality.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies, managing food costs, and reducing waste.

Customer Service:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints or concerns and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Implement strategies to improve the customer experience and build loyalty.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring the store meets or exceeds financial goals.
- Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve staff performance.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.

Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in the development and execution of local marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and attract customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new ideas to keep the restaurant fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Must Have 5 years' experience in full-service Kitchen.
