Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or industry certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in agricultural brokerage, grain marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools for market analysis, data management, and client communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Knowledge of agricultural production practices, crop management, and agronomic principles is desirable.
