About the Job
The Broiler Cook has primary responsibility for quickly and efficiently preparing all center of the plate items to Cattlemen's recipes and standards. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Broiler Assistants, timing of orders, quality control for all items and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
