Qualifications and responsibilities for this Bridge Team Leader opportunity include:

B.S. degree in Structural or Civil Engineering along with an IN PE license; SE license preferred.
10+ years of experience in bridge design and project management.
Possess expertise in INDOT’s design manual and NBIS standards.
Proficient in structural design software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, Merlin Dash, Consys 2000, Conspan, and Staad/Pro, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint desirable.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
