• Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within heavy civil construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• PE license preferred.
