Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Breakfast Attendant is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast.
Work Performed:
The Food & Beverage Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for the following duties and assignments:
Ensure the work area's sanitization, disinfection, and cleanliness, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration units.
Present the complimentary breakfast by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping tables, and restocking the buffet area.
Provide high customer service, including warmly and professionally resolving customer concerns.
Perform the duties of a complimentary bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed.
Know about menus, presentation, and preparation methods.
Ensure all food is stored in proper containers and at appropriate storage and holding temperatures.
Work collaboratively with all employees to ensure the smooth operation of food production.
Facilitate shift changes and relay pertinent information to supervisors and/or the next shift employees.
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination, keeping compartment sinks, sideboards, and refrigerators clean and sanitized.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Perform any other duties as required to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.
Previous food service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Food Safety Training certified or able to become certified within the first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certified or able to become certified within the first 60 days of employment.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
Able to bend and squat repeatedly.
Able to walk and stand for the duration of the scheduled shift.
Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
