About the Job
The Brand Supervisor will support a portfolio of clients, ranging from AOR to project base and in some cases operate as the primary lead. At TDA, members of the Brand Management team are responsible for managing projects, driving timelines, and fostering strong working relationships across internal and client teams alike.
The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional agency teams, creative development, and production processes. At TDA, we look for an entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to step up beyond a specific job title to help keep the process moving.
Responsibilities
- Experience managing multiple complex client relationships
- Manage day-to-day client operations and communications, from status meetings to campaign develop and production
- Communicate proactively with management on project workflows, and provide a strategic point of view on any issues. Ability to creatively problem solve to fix any issues
- Work with Strategy & Media to transform knowledge of client business objectives, internal and competitive opportunities, and consumer insights into actionable marketing communications strategies and tactics
- Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting your accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry
- Support scope writing and RFPs
- Foster relationships with senior clients
- Lead the agency's expertise in analyzing the competitive landscape, staying informed on marketplace trends, news, and reports
- Solutions-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Develop and improve upon internal processes, contributing to smoother running of agency operations
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience within an advertising agency is required
- Previous experience in CPG is a plus
- Demonstrate confidence, authority, and solid decision-making as the agency's voice
- Foster a healthy, open work environment that balances personal and creative growth
- Experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams internally
- Able to both sustain current business and grow current client business

Salary range: $75,000-95,000 based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates, but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.
