Pakio is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brand Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Brand Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products, services, enrollments and subscriptions through enhancing brand visibility, and providing exceptional customer experiences within a retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our company values and creating a positive brand image in all interactions.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that align with their needs and preferences, providing in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business and a lifelong customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth of our brands.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and market developments to effectively communicate our brands’ value proposition.
- Participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
