This role will lead efforts to develop and execute the strategic marketing plan for one or more of CHG operating brands and will evaluate and evolve based on results. They will have an in-depth understanding of our current and potential customers to ensure our products, solutions, and messaging resonate. They will keep a close eye on competitors in the marketplace to effectively position our brands. This role will partner closely with their strategic brand team and the broader marketing and product teams including strategy, digital marketing, creative services, product, marcomm and operations to build long-term strategy, lead acquisition, lead nurturing and retention programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing strategy and marketing plan execution for one or more of CHG Healthcare's operating brands.
- Develop an overall marketing plan, approve campaigns, and measure the return on investment of various marketing efforts.
- Lead marketing campaign strategy, execution, and implementation.
- Understand competitive brands and their positioning - take actions or create campaigns as necessary
- Develop strategy for sales enablement and product adoption
- Analyze data and create monthly marketing reports.
- Build the annual marketing plan and refine throughout the year, including annual budget accountability.
- Partner with product, strategy, and sales to develop messaging and campaigns that successfully differentiate CHG Healthcare's brand offerings in the market from key competitors.
- Provide strategic guidance relating to campaign strategies, including traditional, digital, and new tactics to effectively reach, acquire and nurture customers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure goals are met and optimized based on results.
- Partner with research, strategy, and product team to gain insights and understanding of customers and key products, successfully pulling through and applying learnings.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all marketing channels and support the evolution and commitment to brand platforms.
- Lead relationships with sales division leadership to identify how sales and marketing should partner to grow revenue and regularly communicate results and efforts.
- Partner with key associations to grow the brand and increase preference and usage.
- Partner with events, sales, product to execute both external conferences and an 'owned' user conference - driving awareness for the event and ensuring best-in-class experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing
- Eight or more years of marketing experience at a brand manager or director level
- Positive and professional team player who can effectively collaborate and build strong consultative relationships across the organization.
- Advanced communication skills, including writing, speaking and presenting.
- Can effectively set priorities according to key business needs, drives work, and works to resolve complex marketing issues and clear necessary roadblocks.
- Takes a consultative approach and assumes positive intent when working with others.
- Proven B2B marketing experience, with healthcare marketing experience as a plus.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,100 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
