Brand Manager, Innovation will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Innovation plans across the Chips Ahoy Brand, while also working on new category innovation in Cakes and Pastries. Cakes and Pastries is a strategic growth driver for Mondelez and its long term vision and the BM will have the unique opportunity to set and drive innovation strategy in this new and exciting space. In addition, the BM will deliver innovation under the Chips Ahoy! Brand which is set to become a $1BN brand in the US market with rapid growth in the past several years. The role will focus on defining category strategy and creating future innovation plans for new categories like Cakes and Pastries, as well as for the Chips Ahoy! Brand.
How you will contribute:
Working across brand and cross-functional teams, you will create an innovation strategy to expand Mondelez beyond Biscuits, and into new spaces like Cakes and Pastries. In addition, you will shape the innovation strategy for the Chips Ahoy! Brand and fill a long term pipeline. Furthermore, you will manage complex and beyond the core innovation projects that will require close partnership with and ability to lead broad cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create category and innovation strategy across Cakes and Pastries, and the Chips Ahoy! Brand
+ Lead (in collaboration with cross functional partners) critical innovation projects, including commercialization and managing project stage gates
+ Independent analysis combined with partnership with consumer insights to develop deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant innovation across channels
+ Partner with Sales to develop selling stories and present innovation plans to customer teams and customers

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $114,500 to $157,475; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. (for Band I+ also include… and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program). In addition, Mondelez Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company
