What Will...
Preferred Qualifications:
• Must have Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field (Specialization in related field is preferred)
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a CPG company
• Experience in Product Development and working with R&D, Co Packers and vendors is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies.
• Some Travelling required (Domestic & International)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and incorporate information into an execution plan for new products and packages.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Great problem-solving skills.
