We're seeking a creative and talented Brand & Graphic Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand with engaging digital content and impactful media.
Position Overview:
As the Brand & Graphic Media Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and Content Manager to bring the company's brand to life across all media platforms. Your primary focus will be on graphic design, ensuring all visual messaging aligns with the company's branding standards. In this role, you will oversee the creation of digital graphics, website content, and motion graphics and manage the company's media efforts. You'll also play a key role in developing and maintaining our brand image through creative direction and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Design graphics for monthly promotions with vendors.
- Collaborate with various departments to create internal messaging and visual collateral (menus, signage, etc.).
- Adapt content for publishing media, video production, and social media platforms.
- Manage print coordination and delivery with external vendors.
Brand Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand strategy and standards.
- Ensure creative direction adheres to branding guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand image.
Website & Digital Media:
- Maintain and optimize the company's website for SEO.
- Create and manage media content for digital platforms, including store displays and online media.
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices to optimize the company's digital presence.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of online tools and marketing trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Valid Utah Driver License and a safe driving record
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
