Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Represent and manage the brand’s sales and promotional activities on the sales floor, ensuring a positive and impactful brand presence.
- Customer Engagement: Approach and engage with customers to promote brand products and services, creating memorable and positive experiences.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales by effectively presenting products, addressing customer inquiries, and converting interactions into sales.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of brand products and services to confidently educate customers and enhance their purchasing decisions.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to assess and improve sales strategies.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional events and activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the brand team to help refine products and improve customer satisfaction.
- Retail Presence: Maintain a professional and tidy presence on the sales floor, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or a brand ambassador role preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Availability: Full-time availability with weekends required to ensure optimal brand representation.
