Hourly Pay: $/hour with multiple performance opportunities. This is a true sales position, the more you sell, the more you can make. You control your compensation.

Schedule:  M-F 8am-5pm

Summary:

The Brand Ambassador, Insides Sales Representative, will be part of a team responsible for selling services to customers.  This position will be responsible for seeing the sales of services to completion.  This includes the managing of multiple projects with the ability to estimate new jobs. This position requires the incumbent to be highly organized and communicate clearly with customers both internally and externally.

Essential Job Duties:

• Screen ALL residential service jobs looking for unsold repairs AND replacement opportunities. Call customers and sell the repair or book the sales call.
• Dispatch sales representative.
• Consistently report sales KPIs to the sales manager by tracking data on spreadsheets and knowing how to use that data to get the right sales representative to the right job.

• Seeks new business opportunities by responding to routine sales leads from Outside Sales and will be responsible for generating quotes.
• Provides technical support for the sales of applied systems to consulting engineers, building operators and mechanical contractors
• Equipment selections to meet specification and project requirements
• Keep pace with HTS software bid, purchase, and track equipment status

 Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
• Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
