Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent Borealis Cannabis across Western Missouri. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the cannabis industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a talent for engaging with diverse audiences. This role involves promoting our in-house brand of flower to other dispensary chains, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales growth. This is an hourly wage position with a bonus structure, perfect for a motivated individual passionate about the cannabis industry and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Borealis Cannabis, promoting our in-house flower brand to dispensary staff and customers.
- Retail Support: Conduct pop-ups and in-store demonstrations to educate budtenders and consumers about our products.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with dispensary partners, ensuring our brand is prominently featured and well-supported.
- Product Education: Share detailed information about our strains, cultivation techniques, and brand story to enhance customer trust and loyalty.
- Event Participation: Represent Borealis Cannabis at trade shows, industry events, and community gatherings.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report feedback from dispensaries and customers to help shape future product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or brand representation, preferably in the cannabis or related industries.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cannabis products and the Missouri market is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel across Western Missouri and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for events.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Transportation: MUST have reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: Competitive hourly rate starting at $18/hr.
