Brand Ambassador / Area Supervisor - Signature Retail Services, Inc.

We have a unique hybrid Sales Brand Ambassador/Area Supervisor position in the eastern New Jersey area.We are offering a highly competitive starting pay rate of $23.00 to $26.00/ hour, depending on your experience. This is an opportunity to represent a nationally known brand of home cleaning products in a major National Home Improvement chain. You will be merchandising products and conducting in-store product demonstrations to grow sales and drive brand awareness approximately 20 hours a week.

The remainder of your week you would be fulfilling the duties of an Area Supervisor (ASV), working with other area team member to complete merchandising tasks and Special Projects in Home Improvement stores within the area. The ASV position is a working supervisor position that assists the Territory Manager with duties to help the local team execute to the highest possible level.

Sales Brand Ambassador activities include (20hrs/week):

• Maintaining and merchandising authorized SKU's to approved layout and plan-o-gram.
• Attending and conducting in-store brand events and demonstrations to share product knowledge with customers and store employees.
• Completing sales service reports and uploading photos while in store.

Area Supervisor activities include (20 hrs./ week):

• Merchandise and maintain product planograms
• Place price labels,
• Place/install point of purchase signage
• Down stock inventory, suggest and place orders,
• Share product information with customers and store associates.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Ability to inspire and enhance memorable in-store brand events and demonstrations.
• Experience representing products sold in national home improvement retailers like ACE Hardware, Home Depot, or Lowe's is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with management and customers.

Position requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Able to work Monday through Friday schedule.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking and be able to push, pull and lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
• Smart phone or tablet (apple or android) with internet access to complete reports while in store.
• Some overnight travel will be required.
