The base salary range for this position is $31,000-$45,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, andgeographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salaryincreases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level andfunctional area of responsibility.

- Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing andRegistration records.
- Function as an information resource and quality control.
- Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing andregistration needs.
- Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointmentrenewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.

Required Qualifications-
- Excellent communication skills and providing feedback.
- Strong work ethics, reliable and innovative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure
environment - Great organizational skills.
- Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/ Excel/ Outlook/ Teams
Preferred Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Department Insurance rules and regulations a plus, but not required
