**Job Summary:**
The Branch Sales Associate provides customer service and sales support at the branch and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain customer relationships and support key accounts via phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage front counter operations, assist with inquiries, and process orders efficiently.
- Liaise with specialists to address customer needs promptly.
- Keep displays stocked and organized, process orders, and maintain a professional branch appearance.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure up-to-date catalogs and literature availability.
- Adapt to changes and complete assigned tasks effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry or similar field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical parts.
- Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service and confidentiality handling skills.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Constant standing and walking.
- Regular lifting and carrying of 10-50 pounds.
