The Branch Manager directs the overall activities of the branch office to ensure continual and simultaneous high-level client
service within the company’s target market remains uncompromised. The Branch Manager’s role will largely influence the
company’s ability to flourish and achieve a high rate of growth and profitability. Additionally, the Branch Manager will oversee
and manage the personnel in the branch office.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the branch office staff understands the company objectives, client target market, and client requirements;
provide the necessary information to achieve those objectives - Emphasize the importance of ensuring client information is processed in a timely and accurate manner to avoid
delays on job orders - Confirm the office staff has the necessary tools and client information they need to satisfactorily service clients
- Communicate regularly with the office staff to assess the progress of work and action plans to ensure client
orders are being properly filled - Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the branch office; define and evaluate future projections
- Manage all facets of the branch operations including, but not limited to, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training,
assigning, transportation (if applicable), client invoicing and billing - Supervise the branch office staff, including temporary employees. Ensure the overall workplace environment is
organized, and has the necessary equipment and supplies - Ensure the branch office staff and temporary employees adhere to the company and client work policies,
including required dress codes, GMP’s, conduct, etc. - Work closely with clients and branch office staff to ensure payroll is submitted to the Corporate office accurately
and timely for processing - Ensure the company Risk Management program is administered timely and accurately, including timely post accident/injury reporting and investigation paperwork and adherence to the modified duty program
- Maintain cost control of overall branch operations by managing staff overtime, preventing unbillable hours, cost effective office expenses, and reducing workers’ compensation costs
- Continuous client communication by making client visits, emailing, or calling the client
- Oversee the application process and ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and
company policies - Confirm timely response and completion of unemployment claims related to branch office
- Delegate duties to branch office personnel to ensure completion of objectives and client satisfaction
- Encourage positive communication with all branch office personnel across all departments
- Conduct disciplinary action when appropriate and document; seek assistance from Human Resources
- Collaborate with Director of Operations regularly to discuss and identify areas for improvement, make
recommendations, or review overall performance of branch operations - Interface regularly with sales associates, follow-up or provide leads, attend required meetings with clients or
potential clients - Identify and resolve branch operational issues or employee relations problems effectively and immediately; seek
additional guidance from Director of Operations or Human Resource as needed - Perform all other additional duties and projects as assigned

- Ability to manage employees in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to be flexible
- Remarkable customer service and operations skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience
- At least four to seven years in a managerial role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
