The primary objective of the Branch Manager at Sunstate equipment is to provide leadership while training and helping develop employees to provide the Sunstate standard of excellent customer service. You will be monitoring branch performance and keeping a keen eye out for opportunities that will improve processes, processes, and best business practices. Some key responsibilities include proactive fleet management, monitoring expenses to ensure profitability and strong financial performance, and leading the Sales Team in developing a diverse customer base, ultimately expanding the market share and growing revenues.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L, and employee related items (payroll, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
- Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs.
- Assist in the maintaining of company standards within the branch and it’s equipment and fleet.
- Prepare yearly business plans with the metro and regional Management Teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.
