Job Title: Branch Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Bonus ($12,000 - $15,000 annually)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop branch team to meet credit union goals.
• Ensure exceptional member service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and compliance with policies.
• Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in financial services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and foster teamwork.
