Strong work ethic - responsible for all branch operations. Including effective cost management, driving sales initiatives to increase growth and profitability, and serving as a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team to reach peak operational efficiency.
Succeeding in this role demands strong business acumen and a high degree of aptitude for customer satisfaction. The ability to create and execute Staffing, Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing action plans is also paramount.
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Perform administrative recruiting duties
- Customer engagement to ensure quality control
- Perform screening and hiring processes
- Provide staff supervision per organizational policies and procedures
- Anticipate and plan for upcoming recruiting needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Schedule and conduct team meetings as needed
- Generate and submit reports on staffing operations
- Staff recruiting, development, and retention
- Hire, develop, and promote quality people
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Perform incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Bonus opportunities and Commissions

Minimum Experience: Five years of Employment/Staffing agency management experience. (Required)
Language: English and Spanish fluently (Required)
Ability to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Experience and Qualifications

- Well-rounded staffing industry knowledge and experience.
- Five or more years of managing a team of recruiters.
- Associate’s degree or higher a plus)
- Knowledgeable of warehouse & manufacturing operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experienced in planning and execution of hiring and onboarding
- Experienced recruiting in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Goal / Results-oriented and able to set high goals and achieve results.
- Able to screen and interview candidates in person, via phone, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven supervisory & leadership experience
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable of OSHA compliance and safety guidelines
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving skills
- Able to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Intermediate to advanced Computer Literacy skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Sales & Business Development responsibilities
- Create strategic plans to secure new business
- Meet fulfillment and sales goals
- Maintain and drive new business with existing accounts.
- Identify, prioritize, and penetrate target accounts.
- Build strong business relationships
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from prospects and customers.
