About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee operations in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. You'll have the opportunity to shape the success of our branch through strategic leadership and client relationship management.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive profitability within your territory.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals including sales representatives and service technicians.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical solutions and product/service demonstrations to clients.
Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient branch operations and adherence to company standards.
Travel: Daily travel within your territory with occasional overnight stays for meetings and events.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Up to 30% annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in outside sales and personnel management.
Knowledge of forklift battery and charger operations preferred.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
