• Evaluate, promote, and expand services by working closely with customers, dealers, vendors, and industry representatives
• Create market plans to achieve financial goals, business objectives, and gross margin targets
• Partner with the Regional Manager to establish objectives, train staff, and educate customers
• Support Territory Managers in account management for equipment-based dealers
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Drive product promotions and cultivate partnerships with vendors
• Communicate daily with staff regarding goals, procedures, and plans
• Oversee inventory control, product management, and conduct required counts
• Inspire and train employees for growth within the organization
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of branch personnel
• Supervise branch operations, including opening and closing procedures

• 1+ year of experience in the HVACR industry
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, MVR, and background check
