This is a working Management position. This job requires you to work with customers on a daily basis thru numerous channels including, but not limited to, working the teller line, opening accounts, taking loan applications and dealing with customer complaints.
Manage the day-to-day running of the branch including all Banker functions such as paying and receiving teller transactions, opening new accounts, making referrals of BancFirst products and all other Personal Banker duties.
Manage the customer service level of the Universal Bankers and Tellers. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times.
Responsible for coaching, counseling and disciplinary action of branch personnel.
Hold Friday morning operational and sales related meetings with all employees.
Monthly score card performance reviews with each employee.
Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to motivate staff and assist in maintaining goals.
Must be proficient in opening new accounts, servicing accounts, and working in a teller position.
Must be able to interact with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems/errors, in addition to the timely completion of job tasks.
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment.
Customer and Employee conflict Management is critical.
Knowledge of sales tools and presentation.
Knowledge of daily bank operations, including security issues.
Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy, procedure and regulations.
Critical thinking, must work well under stress and deadlines.
3-5 years Retail/Branch Manager experience required.

Bilingual (Spanish)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile.
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags).
