Who you are:
- A highly motivated employee who will bring their all every day and a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting and Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
What you will do:
- Oversee branch operations and meet established performance goals, including individual, branch, and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent and meet staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the team to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects to expand the company's customer base.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Demonstrated success in sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
