Your day as a Branch Manager I
As the Full-Time Branch Manager I at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will oversee all phases of office operations, ensuring that physical assets are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and managing daily activities, from account openings to loan processing and underwriting. You'll communicate promotional campaigns and product initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment among your team of six or fewer members. - Knowledge of credit union products and membership

- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent organization prioritization analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage the branch and attain goals set for the branch.
- Proficient typing and calculator skills
- Must exercise sound judgments and independent discretion in all areas of responsibility outlined above.
- Ability to work flexible hours at management's request
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
