JOB SUMMARY:

Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic team to success? We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Branch Manager. You'll play a vital role in overseeing service functions, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and exceeding production goals. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly branch goals, provide customized action plans to motivate sales staff, and hold effective coaching sessions weekly.
• Achieving, controlling, and monitoring the progress of the branch by meeting monthly sales and customer
• Providing direction and assigning tasks to service staff in their functional areas ensuring compliance, proper training, adherence to company policies, and safety.
• Partnering with human resources to address team member relation issues including performance, attendance, talent acquisition etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, Active Pest Control Branch II/III Licensing
• Valid drivers’ license and be 21 years of age.
• 3-5 years of management and/or sales experience.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.
