Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Diesel Power Generation Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of diesel power generation, and a proven track record in management within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the branch.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and capitalize on market trends.
- Personnel Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, including technicians, sales representatives, and office personnel.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the branch, ensuring adherence to financial targets and objectives.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and operational excellence.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, cost controls, and revenue optimization opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel power generation management or related industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diesel power generation systems and equipment, including brands such as CUMMINS, CAT, Kohler, Generac, Detroit, etc.
- Proven track record of success in branch management, with demonstrated leadership abilities and business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed and relocate if necessary.
