About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Palatine, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team development, sales management, and operations within the roofing, windows, and siding industry (preferred but not required). This in-office position requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for driving results, and a commitment to maintaining and enhancing company culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Team Development and Growth
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and implement standardized onboarding and training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to support field representatives' professional development.
- Uphold and promote the company’s Core Values across all activities.
· Drive Financial Results
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to increase annual revenue.
- Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives to drive performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for field representatives, addressing deficiencies promptly and celebrating high achievers.
- Offer hands-on support with customer interactions, adjustments, and production challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated job central app by conducting biweekly meetings with Field Representatives.
· Advance Company Culture
- Recognize, encourage, and reward team members for positive contributions.
- Organize weekly meet-ups and biweekly team events throughout the sales season.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver engaging coaching content for team meetings.
- Actively participate in larger team-building events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in team management and coaching.
- Proven success in sales and meeting financial targets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive team culture.
- Willingness to work in-office full-time.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Starting Salary: $100,000/year + bonus ($260k+ OTE 1st Year)
