Job Title: Administrative Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate person/department.
- Dispatch service technicians to service calls efficiently.
- Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
