My client is a leading manufacturer who is in the market to add a Branch Administrator to their team. This person would be responsible for supporting sales operations across various sales offices.

Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:

Timely and accurate processing of customer orders via email/phone/walk in
Work closely with Sales Team
Communicating with customers courteously and promptly
Provide excellent Customer Service to both internal and external customers
Answering phone calls and resolving any issues
Assist in preparing price quotes for customers utilizing CRM, Customer Relationship Management, software
Gaining knowledge of products to understand customer needs
Providing literature, technical information, product information and any other support to customers
Process request for new customer account set up
