We have three divisions: Bath Fitter, Kitchen Saver, and Homespire Windows and Doors. As a leader in the industry, we are continuously looking for ways to expand and improve. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our BathFitter branch.

Homespire Remodeling Group is looking for our next all-star Administrative Assistant to lead our company to success for our Bath Fitter and Kitchen Saver divisions.

• Local/remote processing
• Scheduling of customer installers
• Process all lead and sales results
• Process and accurate entry of production
• Prepare Daily Activity Report
• Prepare new job folders for all new sales
• Manage various sites, reports, logs, spreadsheets, permits
• Prepare measure and install packets
• Process cancellations, change orders, log books
• Process all payment transactions
• Customer Service- Scheduling of Customer Install Appointments
• Quality Control/Review of all Sales
• Must be willing to put the business needs first and foremost
• Interest and ability to travel to remote locations not required but preferred

• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to adapt (no two days are the same)
• Well-organized
