BPO Services Specialist - Lennar Homes

The BPO Services Specialist associate will primarily be responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and monitoring adherence to help identify process/compliance gaps, improve process efficiency, enhance quality and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance or deviations from SOPs while being a role model for the mindsets and behaviors necessary to create an environment of trust, participation, and accountability.

Role and Responsibilities
•Document and create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency of workflow.
•Regular reviews to ensure SOPs remain accurate, relevant, and effective.
•Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
•Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for operational excellence initiatives.
•Prepare and present reports and presentations to management on the status and impact of operational improvement efforts.
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives and track progress over time.
•Provide training and support to associates on process improvement methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
•2 years “front end” mortgage experience
•2 years relevant experience in monitoring and documenting procedures OR equivalent 5 years “front end” mortgage experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
•Ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
•Effective change management implementation of process improvements

This position will report directly to the BPO Services manager and will be a key contributor to the success of the department.
