Boys 9th Grade Basketball Coach

The Buckley School is seeking a qualified Basketball Coach to coach the boys' 9th grade basketball team for remainder of the 2024-2025 season. Responsibilities may include organizing and running practices, scheduling games, directing the activities of assistant coaches, coaching at games, scouting and overseeing individual and team conditioning workouts, compiling statistics, administering basic first aid, and other duties as assigned by the School.

REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous coaching or competitive basketball experience at the junior high/high school or collegiate level
• Demonstrated competency in diversity, equity and inclusion
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience coaching boys' teams
• Be outgoing and friendly
• Enthusiastic for the sport
The season goes through early February or later depending on post season results. The compensation for this position depends on basketball coaching experience as follows:

COMPENSATION
$6,645 - $8,395 Depending on experience (In-Season)
