Job Title: Box Office Manager

About Us: The Athenaeum Center, established in 1911, is Chicagos oldest continuously-operating off-Loop theater.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily box office operations and staff management.

Manage ticket sales, including online and in-person transactions.

Coordinate event scheduling and customer service.

Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Develop promotional strategies to increase ticket sales.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in box office management or related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Proficiency in ticketing software and Microsoft Office.
