Who We Seek:
We are looking for a dedicated highly motivated and skilled Boutique Manager to join our team at Honey Birdette. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our stores, teach, train, develop and lead a fun group of high performing Boutique Team Members, drive sales and curate a red carpet shopping experience for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a professional, polished, dynamic leader, who is result-oriented and passionate about creating exquisite client experiences.
What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the boutique, including delivering sales goals, building strong client relationships and community outreach, and leading a team to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to multi-task and understand how to prioritize work to ensure customers come first.
- Oversee the team’s performance, providing a world-class client experience and ensuring the floor is organized and visually appealing, while driving sales results.
- Support Area Leader by ensuring the Team follows scheduling expectations and meets state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and motivate the Team with a rigorous performance management cycle.
- Attend to client needs with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, store operations, sales generation and cultivating a positive work environment.
- Resolve all employee and client issues quickly, diplomatically, and tactfully.
- Meet and exceed all KPIs and sales goals.
- Personally demonstrate and teach teams to maximize our customers experiences through a thriving clienteling program.
- Serve as a role model and teach teams to build strong client relationships by selling toys, bondage and conducting bra fittings with the goal of selling multiple sets of lingerie.
- Create a high performance selling culture where our Honeys meet and exceed established performance goals and benchmarks in toys, bondage, lingerie, appointments and IG followers.
What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in luxury lingerie.
- Experience in managing and cultivating a high performance sales team.
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
- A strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Clienteling experience preferred.
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing business reports and moves to immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- Ability to problem solve and juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
- Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
- Ability to adhere to a flexile schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.
- Able to stand and walk for 8 hour shifts and 40 hours a week.
- Ability to use technology (mobile devices, computers).
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be [range], [annually]however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
