Bookkeeper

Full-service accounting firm looking to add a new team member. Looking for an individual that will be able to join the team and hit the ground running. Company offers 100% health and also vision, dental, 401K, discretionary bonuses.

Location : Westlake Village, CA
Salary : $28.00-32.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule : Mon-Fri 9.00 am - 2:00 pm (flex schedule)
This is an in-office position

• A/R and A/P

• Inventory tracking and recording
• Financial statement account analysis
• Bank reconciliations
• Data Entry
• Month end entries including depreciation, accruals, prepaids
• Sales tax returns, 1099’s, etc.
• General accounting and tax knowledge

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience
• Great customer service with excellent phone and writing skills 
• Must be computer proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook applications 
• Sage experience a plus
• Organized and detail oriented
• Nonprofit experience a plus
• Public accounting experience a plus
