We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online, as well as experience working with ecommerce businesses handling both B2C and B2B transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Record and track ecommerce sales transactions, including B2C and B2B sales.
Oversee inventory management in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate stock levels and valuations.
Create and manage invoices for clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
Experience managing B2C and B2B ecommerce sales transactions.
Hands-on experience with inventory management in QuickBooks.
Strong skills in invoicing and bank account reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
