Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in COBRA administration, contribution report reconciliation and customer service for assigned Trusts.
"Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by Job Description/Role."
General Duties:
- Payment of fund billings to vendors.
- Assist in the origination of transfers of funds, deposits to claims, pension payments, investment, custody, advise cash positions as necessary, etc.
- Filing of fund documents and record retrieval.
- Assist in reconciling bank accounts.
- Maintain claims checking account balance.
- Calculate each Fund's postage charge back.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems preferred but not required.
- Must be detail and quality oriented.
- Two years general office experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines.
