Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage fixed assets and perform regular reconciliations.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle project costing activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs.
- Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely processing.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, and manage payroll implementation.
- Support Human Resources functions, including employee-related tasks and social functions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls for all accounting processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes effectively.
- Perform annual physical inventory reconciliation and reporting.
- Coordinate cash flow forecasting and ensure proper management of financial resources.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Provide administrative support to the plant or manufacturing manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting.
- Experience with account reconciliation and fixed asset management.
- Strong background in month-end and year-end closings.
- Payroll and Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
