Daily Tasks

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process and record financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Handle payroll functions, including processing and distributing paychecks
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential issues or discrepancies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
