Key Responsibilities:

As a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant at DAVRON, you will be pivotal in maintaining our financial operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Expertly managing all financial transactions and records using QuickBooks Online.
• Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with external partners for necessary tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Researching ways to save the company money on taxes.
• Ensuring precise and timely financial reporting to support decision-making.
• Reviewing invoices and contracts for accuracy.

Qualifications:

We're seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
• 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, staff/corporate accountant or similar roles for businesses with $5 million to $10 million in annual revenue.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Experience in collections, with a track record of managing and recovering outstanding payments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Reliable and honest.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
• Potential for a 20% annual performance bonus.
• Regular working hours, Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Fridays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
