Adriana's is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Review and balance internal accounts, analyze variances, and prepare reports
● Identify discrepancies and follow up accordingly to ensure collection of funds.
● Prepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to managers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
● Routinely communicate with clients to ensure invoice accuracy.
● Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computations
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
● Data entry and/or word processing skills.
● Record maintenance skills.
● Account balancing skills.
● Ability to use an automated accounting system.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Cash management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Journal Entries: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account reconciliation: 1 year (Preferred)
