Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Handle the Bookkeeping, Month and Year End Close for 50+ Clients.
· Create informational reports based on transactions for our clients to review.
· Analyze monthly data to detect any anomalies.
· Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
· Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax for 40+ Clients
· Communicate with clients
· Record adjusting journal entries to adjust books when required.
· Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
Requirements:
· BS in Accounting preferred but not required
· Public Account experience preferred but not required.
· 3+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting services a Must
· Proven work experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills
· Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
· QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online accounting software experience
· Computer literacy, numerical skills and attention to detail
