Fast-paced Real Estate Development and Property Management firm seeking a Bookkeeper to join our accounting team.

Advanced QuickBooks needed. Handle all tasks of general bookkeeping for multiple companies/properties including entering invoices, generating reports, filing, doing bank reconciliations, advanced journal entries and understanding of chart of accounts, all aspects of A/P and A/R.

Excel expert: create spreadsheets with basic formulas, AIA construction billing a plus.

Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail a must.
