experience in ground up development, repositioning existing assets, and ongoing
asset management provide an end-to-end experience for their investors,
partners, and tenants.
About the Role:
Teresharan
Partners is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team. This
individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth financial
transactions, and maintaining the office of 5 people. This person will be
reporting to the Vice President.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and
support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office
is operating smoothly - Perform
receptionist duties: greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls - Responsible
for expense tracking, reimbursement, and maintaining accurate records. - Manage office
supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Receive and
sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail - Identify
opportunities for process and office management improvements and design
and implement new systems - Provide other
administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings,
maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports - Bookkeeping
and monthly bank reconciliations - Additional
duties as assigned - Protect the
organization's value by keeping information confidential
Ideal
Candidate:
- Minimum of 5
years of full-time professional workforce experience - Bachelors Degree
in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required - Previous
experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields - Fundamental
knowledge of GAAP - Ability to
prioritize and multitask - Strong
organizational skills - Deadline and
detail-oriented - QuickBooks
