We are looking for a QuickBooks Online Pro to join our growing team.

Your Manager:
- Debbie (Office Manager)
Your Contribution to Michael Salus Construction
Financial Management via QuickBooks Online:
- Daily Financials: A/P, A/R, Collections
- Complete Migration to QuickBooks Online (from spreadsheets)
- Reconcile and code invoices and credit card charges
- Prepare payments (checks, ACH, online) and coordinate client invoices
- Assist with quarterly and year-end tax documentation for our accounting firm
Human Resources:
- Process payroll: Process and manage via Gusto
- HR Compliance: reporting and documentation as needed
Administrative Support:
- Assist with proposals, client bank draws, sub-contractor agreements, and vendor purchase orders.
- Vendor and Sub-contractors: W-9s, insurance, worker’s compensation verification, and required reporting.
- Phone/Email Correspondence: Clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Filing (digital/physical): projects and general office records.
- Compliance: company licenses, certifications, business taxes, insurance, dues, and subscriptions.
- BuilderTrend: Familiarization with Office Manager’s component for future coordination.
- Building Permits
- IT Support: computers, monitors, Wi-Fi, and other equipment.
Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 Years: Certified QuickBooks Online Pro (preferably in a construction or multi-project environment).
- 2 Years: Proven administrative experience
- BuilderTrend (BT) experience a plus; completion of Office Manager BT tutorial required within first three months
