About the Company:

Responsibilities of The Bookkeeper:
- The Bookkeeper will handle all AP/AR functions
- The Bookkeeper will check the accuracy of business transactions
- The Bookkeeper will compute and record numerical data
- AP entry, 25 invoices a month
- Check runs weekly
- Invoicing and invoice prep
- Bulk of it is helping with billing, doing e-invoicing for the firm under the supervision of the senior accountant
- Cut 30 checks a month for AP and 30 a month for billing
- Generating invoices and making sure time is in the system right, capturing everything in the invoice process
- Credit card files once a month, make sure correct and one button click to submit
- Reaching out and checking on timesheet submissions, expense report submissions,
- Go through and audit the data once a month, nice checklist for this
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications preferred for The Bookkeeper role:
- 1+ years of general accounts payable and accounts receivable experience or bookkeeper experience
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
MaxSalary: USD75000
MinSalary: USD50000
